Maxim Wheatley
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Maxim Wheatley is the Founder and CEO of JetPatient, bringing a unique blend of neuroscience expertise and entrepreneurial drive to the healthcare and technology sectors. He studied neuroscience and psychology at Georgetown University, conducting NIH-backed research on Autism and ADHD before pivoting from a medical school path to focus on innovation through startups.
Maxim’s career began at a seed-stage venture fund and startup accelerator, where he gained early exposure to venture investing and company building. He went on to co-found LifeFuels, a health and wellness consumer electronics company, serving as its Chief Product Officer. Over four years, he led product development and business growth, culminating in a successful exit through a transaction with Keurig Dr. Pepper (NYSE: KDP).
He later joined TTEC (NASDAQ: TTEC), where he led a national sales team overseeing a $250M P&L and played a key role in securing the largest deal in the company’s history—a $127M FEMA contract following Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Most recently, Maxim was the first employee at a machine learning company in the engineering intelligence space, helping scale it from pre-product to over 100 employees, 300 enterprise customers, 7-figure ARR, and more than $27M raised from top-tier venture capital firms.
A named inventor on over a dozen patents, Maxim is also an advisor to several successful HealthTech and FinTech startups, including two with completed exits. He has received multiple industry awards across diverse sectors and remains actively involved in mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs—volunteering his time to teach entrepreneurship to high school students. Outside of work, he is a certified Rescue Diver and competitive race car driver.
Raffi Erganian
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Raffi Erganian is cofounder and CTO at JetPatient, where he leads technology strategy, architecture, and engineering. With over 15 years of experience spanning software engineering and information security, he specializes in building secure systems, scaling technology platforms, and driving enterprise-wide security initiatives. His expertise includes penetration testing, secure software development, devops, malware analysis, and reverse engineering.
Prior to JetPatient, Raffi was cofounder and CTO at VULNERA, leading the development of innovative security solutions. He also served as a Principal Security Consultant at Optiv, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies to assess and enhance their application and infrastructure security. Earlier in his career, Raffi was a software engineer at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, building capabilities for internal research and development programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University and holds Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and SANS Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) credentials.
Naomi Cosman
Chief Marketing Officer
Naomi is leading global marketing and growth strategies in the medical travel industry. With experience in both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, she specializes in branding, digital strategy, PR, and customer engagement. She holds a double major in Communications and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with marketing and business certificates from NYU and Harvard Business School. Prior to JetPatient, she was the Global Head of Marketing at Koning Health, driving international expansion and marketing automation.
Chris Fadi El-Khouri
Chief Strategy Officer
Chris is a lifelong medical tourism professional, who has spent his early career in providing patients from all over the globe with access to healthcare in Germany. He now spends most of his time on building the global health and medical tourism ecosystem through various entities, such as his work as Vice-President of the European Health and Medical Tourism Association, a news website and various advisory positions.
With an MBA in International Healthcare Management Christian‘s focus is to create global healthcare ecosystems.
A failed powerlifter and terrible piano player and even worse self trained harmonics musician, you will mostly find him working as it’s the only thing he truly excels at.
Stephan Duggan
Director of Business Development
Stephan is a patient experience expert. His expertise was earned during his 15+ years fighting a life-threatening autoimmune disease. In and out of waiting rooms, doctors' offices, ERs, and ICUs nationwide, he spent countless hours observing every detail of the patient journey—from searching ancient, buggy health insurance provider directories to the sound of a beeping IV machine and the lighting in waiting rooms to doctors' bedside manners and hospital billing practices. This unmatched perspective, combined with his extensive background in sales and business development within the real estate development and private equity sectors, drives his mission at JetPatient. Stephan leads the way in building partnerships and selecting and onboarding only the finest clinics, doctors, and hospitals worldwide for JetPatient users. His ultimate goal? To fiercely advocate for patients and revolutionize the healthcare experience.
David Antonino
Marketing Manager
David Antonino is a marketing manager here at JetPatient. His experience includes working with various companies such as H-E-B, Copper Mountain, Shootsta, and Dematic. He has an entrepreneurial spirit, having started a venture of his own in the past, and loves the start-up environment of JetPatient. For fun, David is an avid traveler - he completed a six month backpacking trip throughout 15 countries in Asia in 2023.

Director of Content
With over 10 years of experience in marketing and social media, she helped both B2B and B2C brands elevate their presence and drive growth. Her expertise spans social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, and traditional marketing strategies, ensuring a well-rounded approach to brand success.
When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband, son, and their mini-poodle, Blueberry—probably chasing adventures, enjoying good food, or soaking up family time.
Jayce McSheehy
Creative Director
Jayce is a career Graphic Designer and Illustrator with over three decades of experience in digital design, branding, and marketing. He has worked for Britax in the global child safety industry, email marketing, as well as full service ad agencies. Skilled in graphic design, illustration, AV production, photography and branding design, his goal is always to make everything as pretty as possible.
Jayce is also a musician, song writer and credited/published lyricist and vocalist.
